Week 03

In week 3, we were introduced to what is Experiential Design. We were taught about user mapping and journey maps. Then, we were separated into groups with the people we were sitting at the same table as a group. 

A journey map group activity is conducted. We were asked to create a journey map from one location to another. The example shown by Mr. Razif is an Airport Journey Map, we used that as a reference and created another one which is from Taylor's University to Genting Arena of Stars to attend a concert. Miro was the tool used for this group activity.
