Week 10

We were asked to download the PSD composition file provided and start try to play with After Effects. I rewind few times on that day lecture to keep myself on track for the exercise given.

First of all, we were to open folders separately in the software as shown below.

And then, I followed the steps of Mr.Fauzi and explore with the tools and here's what my progress looks like for the respective layers.
First was the projector to appear first. I adjusted its scale to present a pop out effect rapidly.

Then following by the shark. For this one, I adjusted both its position and scale. While it's slowly moving to the front, the size of its will become bigger.

Next is the typewriter. For this one, I adjusted its position and as well as its rotation. By then to make it looks like slowly rising to the top, then fell down to the ground immediately with the rotation adjusted.

Last, comes to the fencer. For this one there'll be more adjustments I made. I used the 3D options to create rotation and also for the orientation to make it flips over. Before that, I masked it out and used the masked path to create a motion appeared effect.

With all the above adjustments made, here's my outcome for the exercise.

I also uploaded the final outcome video of this exercise into my Youtube channel.
