PROJECT 2A: DOUBLE EXPOSURE
REFLECTION
Throughout this exercise given, at first I find that it’s kinda hard to manipulate the brush tool and the refine edge brush tool while selecting the object out with clean edges. As I keep select and mask the object out with blurred edges which makes the whole outline looks a mess. Then I keep on trying again and again following the tutorial video then I slowly started to understand their principles. After multiple trying, I get to use the tools well to create a good double exposure photography. As we can see, the first double exposure I did following the tutorial wasn’t masked nicely which there’re unmasked parts at the sides. Then, when it comes to my own double exposure portraits I keep on trying then finally it comes out as my expectations.
In this exercise, I’ve learn that some double exposure photographies aren’t capture right away but mostly were created via Photoshop and now I have the skill to create which I think it’ll strongly helps in my future career. For the materials to create them, it’s better for us to choose pics with a solid and contrast background colour which may be easier for us to mask.
